有12m.pixel 像素，而且熒幕是觸控的哦。

好想把它買下

但是以目前還是學生的狀況……
我想，應該還要等些日子吧
答應自己，一定要把它買下來。
拍照可以把時間停留……
把美麗的景色，記憶等,
全部都拍下來。
等以后，那出來看。

最近的日子都比較忙。
前幾天，參加了淡江馬來西亞同學會舉辦的
保齡球賽
我不會打保齡球……
去籌人數罷了…
保齡球不好打。
打到手都快斷掉了……
學長學姐及我們都玩得好開心。
希望下次還有這類型的比賽哦

今天星期二。
只上2節課，
等下約了同學……

✖『The 1st Exam in Uni is Over』✖

2 and half months I have been in Taiwan.
Time pass very fast.
Today, is Friday.
School exam end.
And all my fellow Taiwanese friend
go back to their home.
Stay together with their family.
Or
Go for honey moon with their honey.
My housemate and Malaysian senior
will go for clubbing tonight.
But I didn't joined them.
Honey,see I am good boy. xD

What am I?
Staying at home ^^
This is not bad for me.
I chat with my honey in MSN or SMS.
This sounds so sweet.
Just two of us.
I wonder if honey come Taiwan,
How sweet is that.
Only 2 of us in our world.
In other country.
Great!!

We can have a brand new world.
Start our new life at here.
Start a new way to study.

Let's talk about my exam.
Something terrible happened.
One of my course named "liberalism"
I get sick of it.
Langsung tak tahu teacher cakap apa!
When the exam,
I just pass up the answer paper with copy the questions.

Hope teacher will give me some marks =]
And some of the traditional Chinese words is hard for me.
So complicated.
Hard to write !!

My exam is coming soon.

✖『Reason Of Late』✖

首先，我自我介绍。本人张毅弘，学号是498216018，现在就读淡江大学物理系光电物理组，来自马来西亚。关于这次物理实验小考的“迟到”本人深感歉意。本人2009年11月6日，在坐标25.173694N,121.447409E ， 时间1400以抵达淡江大学。趁时间还早，便到淡江大学里的“月亮咬一口”面包点去买面包吃，也在旁边树下的椅子上坐一坐，好让本人一面吃面包，一面拿出实验课本来复习多几遍，以可得更高的实验分数。大约1450，本人就已抵达淡江大学科学馆物理实验室外面等候。但等候多时，物理实验室门依然关着。待助教开门让我进入物理实验室时，我看到物理实验室里的时钟显示已经1513，学校的钟声也刚刚响起。当时物理实验助教说我已经“迟到”了。但无可否认的事实是，学校的1500钟声才刚刚响起。助教不让我考试，我也毫无办法。就走到科学馆楼下的大门口，刚好看见有人在溜冰场那里玩高空弹跳。待一会儿，钟声又再次响起，这让我再次肯定我刚才确确实实没有迟到。这时我的实验组员何长福才刚到科学馆，我便跟他一起上去找助教，助教也说他迟到了。我们也只好接受这残酷事实，选择接受处罚，写2000个字的迟到书，实验考试分数最高也只有60%。对于整件事情，我的看法是，助教已经仁至义尽，把本来迟到，应该不能考试的同学，应该拿0分的同学，让他们再能拥有多一次争取分数的机会，去写一封迟到信来为自己争取的分数。而我想，我是属于那些迟到的同学。因为从（广义）一般的时间角度来看，我没有迟到。但是从(狭义）物理实验室的时钟来看，我是迟到的。而对我而言，我觉得是不公平的。我们应该以学校的钟声来作为标准。如果每个部门都有每个部门的时间标准的话，那学校有几十部门，为了避免“迟到”这件事情再度发生，身为学生的我们，一个人起不是常常要带着几十个表了吗？


“迟到”是一种非常不好的行为。常常迟到的人，通常也会不守信用。迟到的定义就是没有能够按照之前或所限定好的时间，能够准时到达某些地方。

我想，我的“迟到”可用以下3个点来做个交代。

第一个就是科学上，我们常会碰到的“系统误差”。对任何一个物理量进行的测量都不可能得出一个绝对准确的数值，即用测量技术所能达到的最完善的方法，测出的数值也和真实值存在差异，这种测量值和真实值的诧异称为误差。系统误差是由一些固有的因素（如测量方法的缺陷）产生的，理论上总是可以通过一定的手段来消除。如天平的两臂应是等长的，可实际上是不可能完全相等的；天平配置的相同质量的砝码应是一样的，可实际上它们不可能达到一样。
这正可以对于我这一次的“迟到”来做解释。人类计算时间的方法是用时钟，而每个时钟也会有误差吧。所以要解决这一种误差，按照如上的解释，理论上总是可以通过一定的手段来消除的。那就是把物理实验室的时钟调整会正确的时间。误差方可以解决这个误差。

我们可要尽量把误差减到最小，才能准确的表示某些东西。误差有时候会造成很比如大的损失。就不比如这一次的时间误差，让身为一个大学学生的我，损失了约40%的实验分数。搞不好下一次，可能会因为某些误差，弄得任命伤亡或者财产损失等之类的问题。在科学的领域上，我们要尽量把误差减到哦最低的。所以我们做实验时，常都会做个2，3次以上，给机会待测物及测试器，及给机会自己来测出准确的值。

第二个，可以用相对论来解释这次迟到的原因。全球卫星定位系统的地球同步卫星上的原子钟，对精确定位非常重要。这些时钟同时受狭义相对论因高速运动而导致的时间变慢（-7.2 μs/日），和广义相对论因较(地面物件)承受着较弱的引力场而导致时间变快效应。

第三个，从法律的角度上看, 我到门前时,还没敲钟, 门也被上锁了当时的我进不去，我不可能破门而入, 因为这是犯法的, 在我们国家, 破坏公物是刑事罪, 我想在中华民国也一样吧?根据台湾校园法律，學生在校受氣，課後夥同同儕或校外人士，到校破壞公物，其行為係觸刑法第三百五十四條「毀棄、損壞前二條以外他人之物，或致令不堪用，足以生損害於公眾或他人者，處二年下有期徒刑、拘役或五百元以下罰金。」之毀損一般物品罪。本罪係對他人之「文書、建築物、礦坑、船艦」以外之物，加以毀棄、損壞、或致令不堪使用，足以生損害於公眾或他人者成立之。被毀損之物範圍甚為廣泛，只要是前述四類物品以外者，不論動產或不動產，均包括在內，例如課桌椅等。此罪為告訴乃論之罪，須犯罪被人提出告訴。此時學校可以學校名義、以校長為代表人提出告訴。

　　惟若所毀損者，為教師職務關係上所掌管之物品，與教師公務之執行有關者，如考卷、簿冊等則可構成刑法第一百三十八條「毀棄、損壞或隱匿公務員職務上掌管或委託第三人掌管之文書、圖書、物品，或致令不堪用者，處五年以下有期徒刑。」之罪。（註三）

　　學生破壞公物時，學校並得依民法第一百八十四條第一項：「因故意或過失，不法侵害他人之權利者，負損害賠償責任」之規定，由學生或其法定代理人負侵權行為賠償責任。如果加害學生為未成年人即為無行為能力人或限制行為能力人，則其法定代理人依民法第一百八十七條規定，於下列情形下應負賠償責任：

壹、
須加害學生的行為，係違法侵害他人之權利。
貳、須為未成年學生的法定代理人（通常為其父母）。
甲、
加害學生於行為時有識別能力者，加害學生與其父母連帶負擔損害賠償責任。
乙、
加害學生於行為時無識別能力者，由其父母負擔損害賠償責任。
參、
須法定代理人對於加害學生的監督有疏失。此項疏失因民法同條第二項已推定「法定代理人之監督有疏失」，學校無庸證明此項要件，即可請求法定代理人負損害賠償責任。相對的，加害學生的法定代理人則須依該項規定證明「法定代理人的監督並未疏懈，或縱加相當的監督而仍不免發生損害」，方得免負損害賠償責任。
肆、
此外，依民法同條第三項規定，如學校未能依前述規定受損害賠償時，法院因受害學生的聲請，得斟酌被害人與加害學生的經濟狀況，令加害學生為全部或一部分的損害賠償。
又依民法第二百十三條至第二百十五條規定，損害賠償之方法，以回復原狀為原則，金錢賠償為例外。惟依民法第一百九十六條規定：「不法毀損他人之物者，應向被害人賠償其物因毀損所減少之價額。」此即民法第二百十三條所謂法律另有規定。關於物之侵害，可分為兩種情形，一為滅失，一為毀損。滅失時應依一般損害賠償之規定，以回復原狀為原則。而被害人於其物遭受他人不法毀損時，得逕依民法第一百九十六條規定，向加害人請求賠償其物減少之價額，但其依一般原則請求回復原狀之權利並不受影響，被害人不但得請求回復原狀所需之費用，且於其自為回復原狀時，亦得請求所支出之費用。

我来自小康之家，不想增重父母经济上的负担，也不想受法律的制裁，所以我选择不破门, 等到助教来开门才进去.

By taking MRT, I listen to my mp3 and sleep.

I saw many when we are in MRT and streets.

People from ancient times say "less is more"

Taiwan many pretty girls.

Then what is precious for the boys at here?

✖『Opto-Electrical Physics' Report Life』✖

This few weeks kinda busy for my school stuff.
Heard people said that University's life is very enjoyable and light-hearted.
But seen like i'm not in that case.


Nowadays, the weather is not so good.
The sky is cloudy everyday.
Sometime it will rain like cats and dogs.
Sometime wild wind blows away my cloths.
Sometime my umbrella been broken by stupid wind.
However, i still gotta live 3 more months like this.
Thinking am i will become mad?
Or become superman blew by the wind.
Sounds nice.Cause haven't tried before.

Opto-Electrical Physics.
Sounds like so pro,but in fact, it just can help boss to earn money.
Most of the science class student will become business class student's slave.
Work hard until late in the middle of night,
investigate hard until forgot their family,
research hard until lost their life.
Just for boss.
Our business class student.

Those xxx Award,
is just set up by some organizer to cheer-up those scientist.
When scientists succeed investigate/invest something,
Most of the benefits belongs to who?
Businessman......
So set up some award to cheer-up or to definite someone,
just a method for them to earn money.

✖『Taiwan Life at 4th week』✖

Today is the 4th week i at Taiwan.

My school, Tam Kang University.

I meet many friends at my school.

Sounds so good.

They are very kind and willing to help me.





For the 1st week im here,

I felt lonely.

Everything has changed.

I cant ever drive my Kembara go hang around.

Can't go out till late in the night.

Can't saw malay ^^

Can't saw proton.






Hmm...

My new room is good.

It is a bit larger than my room at Malaysia.

Important is , my room have air-cond.

Jesus!! I like it~

But senior said that,

electric and water usage amount not include in the room rental fee.

OMG!!

Then mean I need to pay extra fee for ele and water.

Hehe..

But never mind, as long as I can enjoy my study at here then enough.
